Processing times
Orders for direct home delivery are processed and shipped from our distribution hub near Loule (8100-068) in the Algarve to our delivery partner within 48 hours.
Our aim is for you to receive your purchase within 7-10 days.

Please make sure you have your order number available.
If for any reason the product you request is out of stock we will let you know at the point of purchase.

Shipping information
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate address information. We cannot offer a refund if a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, and does not pick up their order within the time period (usually 5-7 days) specified on their delivery note, ÁguaKing are not responsible and cannot provide a refund.

Charges: Direct to you
There is no extra charge for product delivery direct to your address for you to install.

Charges: Via our plumbers
It is only if you want one of our specialist plumbers to deliver and install the product that you will be charged for travel and installation time according to where you live and how many products you want installed. These charges will be agreed by you in advance via communication from our support team at help@aguaking.pt
